MCBlitz Terms of Service

Welcome to MCBlitz, owned and operated by Callisto Interactive LLC, an Ohio-based company (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing MCBlitz.gg, creating an account, or using any MCBlitz online services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and related services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use the website, create an account, or participate in MCBlitz services.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts & Authentication

To access certain features, users log in using their Microsoft/Minecraft account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. In-Game and Website Rules

Users must follow all posted MCBlitz rules, including but not limited to:
- No cheating, hacking, or exploiting
- No harassment, hate speech, or targeted toxicity
- No chargeback attempts
- No selling or trading accounts, ranks, or cosmetics
- No use of MCBlitz for commercial purposes without permission
Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the network or website.

4. Purchases, Ranks & Refunds

MCBlitz offers digital items, ranks, and cosmetic content through our store.
4.1 All Sales Are Final
Purchases are typically non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances determined case-by-case by staff.
Users may open a support ticket on the website for purchase questions.
4.2 Rank Perks & Changes

Some rank perks may activate instantly, while others require manual claiming via the website or Discord.
As MCBlitz develops, rank perks may be updated, modified, or replaced.
Users with an active rank will receive a minimum of 14 days’ notice before perk changes take effect.
Purchasing a rank does not guarantee that specific perks will be available forever.

5. Development Access & Feature Changes

Pre-release perks (including Gold Rank perks) may change as the game evolves.
We reserve the right to modify or remove features, change gameplay systems, adjust rank perks, or restrict access to parts of the website or game at any time.

6. Server Access and Uptime

While we strive to provide stable service, uptime is not guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Security concerns
- Technical issues
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
MCBlitz services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

MCBlitz, including all branding, game code, maps, models, textures, designs, website content, and original materials, is owned by Callisto Interactive LLC.
Users may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify MCBlitz intellectual property.
Minecraft is owned by Mojang/Microsoft. MCBlitz is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The MCBlitz website may link to external platforms including Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Tebex, and Microsoft.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Callisto Interactive LLC is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Account loss
- Service interruptions
- Loss of digital items
- Unauthorized account access
- Damages arising from use of MCBlitz services
Use of MCBlitz is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
